Hi Terry,
thanks for bringing up Florida coastal cities. I have often thought that the Florida market should be evaluated a little differently than other US areas… Florida is a highly popular destination location with thousands of people moving into the state daily. The laws of supply and demand are not always logical in our market, especially on the coastal regions. To respond to your question directly, I think smaller Beach towns would be a great buying opportunity right now.
