Investing in a Mentorship program
Hey! I am starting out with investing in real estate and currently own 2 single family homes in Philly. I haven't gotten far and have considered a mentorship program to help teach me about funding, how to access deals etc. etc. I want to know, is it worth it to invest in something like this, or, should I continue to do my own research on my own?
