I am looking to buy my first multi-family home in Lawton, Oklahoma. I have only lived here for nine months and am unfamiliar with which neighborhoods are good or bad. I was wondering how experienced investors may go about understanding a specific area. Any tips, strategies, or steps would be great! Thank you.
