I have a deal in Myrtle Beach South Carolina and I have been struggling with finding a closing attorney that is investor friendly or even knows what double closings/assignments are.

Any referrals for Wholesale/Investor friendly closing attorneys in or near North Myrtle Beach SC that can handle a double close or assignment??
