What exactly is the process to create an LLC in PA and what are the cost that go along with it?

I have researched a good amount of information, but I am more interested in hearing someones experience of successfully filing an LLC.

Thanks,

Tyler

it is not necessary to use a lawyer to form an llc in pa. you can do this yourself for just the cost of $125 for filing with the state. Or if you are not sure how to fill out the paperwork there is a website called LLCinPA.com that will walk you through the process for and give you unlimited access to LLC filings for a one time fee of $97.
