Hello- I have been doing some research on Propstream in an effort to help me produce more leads for properties to rehab. I'm looking to get more insight from those who are using Propstream frequently. How effective is the skip tracing feature? What % of your leads are you closing? Does it help you find those off-market properties? Thanks
