Lowest Minimum Mortgage Loan Amount

Morning (EST),

Can anyone point me to a company that will offer a loan for a smaller amount on a 30 Year fixed, conventional?

Generally, I've been told 70K was the minimum, although I did locate one that will use 50K as their minimum.

Are there any that go lower?...in the 30K+ range?
