I have two meetings lined up with successful investors in my area. What are some good questions to ask them from a rookie standpoint?

2) How many deals have you done? How many deals are you currently working on?

3) What is your favorite part about being a real estate investor?

4) What are your biggest challenges as a real estate investor?

5) What advice would you give somebody like me who is just getting started? (What would you tell your younger self)

6) What is your primary focus in this market (flips, buy & holds, residential, commercial, etc)

7) How are you getting deals under contract in this market?

8) Do you have any time consuming challenges at this time that I can help you with?

9) Check out this deal I found, what are your thoughts (Bring 2-3 examples, underwrite the deal yourself before the meeting)
