Seeking Alternative Financing Options for Rental Properties

Hi all - does anyone have suggestions on alternative financing for rental properties aside from banks? Banks seem to require 20% minimum down payment on rentals and I'm ideally looking for options where I can put lower down (10-15%) without getting gauged on price. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!

Hey @Robert Galtman!   There are definitely some bank products that don't require 20% down.  Link up with @Andy Smith below, @Michael Facchini or @Zack Karp they each have different products that might be the right fit.

You could also always look for private money or to partner.  Where are you looking for properties in chicago & what type of criteria do you have?  Happy to run through some numbers.
