Turning 100k cash into 2k a month passive income

Hey everyone.

Does anyone here think they have the skill to turn 100k of cash into 2k a month of passive income?

If so, how would you do it?

To all of the pros, is that a reasonable goal or a little far fetched?

@Michael Macaluso thats 24% cash on cash... not gonna happen if you want it truly passive unless you multiply your principal a few times.

Perhaps flipping some properties can turn 100k into 300-400k. That would be much easier to invest and get 2k/month.
