Minimum amount flipper looks to make

Hey guys looking to get a better understanding of what buyers look to make on flips. I’m a wholesaler and looking to expand my knowledge so I can shoot out realistic and relevant deals to my buyers. Im in Montgomery, Alabama where properties aren’t as expensive arvs are usually around the 120-150k range.

Exactly what is the minimum flippers would look to make in markets like this ? I was told 20k minimum

Exactly.  I like to see a number greater than 30% of my invested cash to even consider a deal.  Last year, we broke 70% on one project.  Flipping is high risk/high reward.
