How to start a mobile home park?
Hello, I have a 36 acer lot its a wooded lot theres nothing on it. what kind of permits do i need to look into? in the state of Michigan. What will i need to add to the lot? cost?
If someone has knowledge in this area please let me know if you think its a good idea and let me know what i need to get started.
