What programs or worksheets does everyone use for doing an itemized scope of work on there rehabs?

@Brian Brown Using a spreadsheet is indeed the way to go! PM me if you want me to send you the one I use. You can also check BP's fileplace, there are a few spreadsheets uploaded there too for that purpose:
