Maryland new construction cost psf

Anyone have any numbers for new construction? I am performing some analysis but nothing is making sense at 100$ psf for the areas that I am looking at (not including land). I am thinking this number might be off. I know these numbers can vary significantly with quality. For quality I would be building a 2500 sqft home comparable to what you would get as base model Ryan home. Thanks in advance.

I'm in the process of doing my first new construction project Maryland (my personal residence), and while I don't have firm bids on anything yet, it's looking like $100-120/sf is about right. It's a little crazy considering we're building similar in Georgia for about $65/sf, but between much higher labor costs, a little bit higher material costs (material is more expensive the further north you go) and stricter building codes, I probably shouldn't be more surprised.

I'll have much better numbers in a couple weeks once we have our foundation, framing and siding bids, and will update this thread if I have any new information.
