St Louis Burned Home Estimate Rebuild
Hey Y'all,
I recently had a single family burn down in St Louis.
It's a 3/1 originally purchased for 100k and 1100 square feet. It's insured for 100k and it's sounding like it'll be totaled. I havent seen pictures, but the entire inside is gutted and burnt.
I'm looking for insight on current rebuild costs in the St Louis area. Anyone have any recent experience doing any new or rebuilds? What types of price per sq ft do you see in that area?
I appreciate any insight! Also, if you have any contractor recommendations or you are a contractor, let me know!
Thank you
