Need references for short plat in Spokane, wa

Hi my wife and I have done a bit of rehabbing houses in the Seattle area and now my Mother-in-law picking our brains has decided she wants to look into splitting her 1 acre lot in North Spokane, so we can build a house(to sell) and a duplex (for rental income).

Looking for references for surveyors to help get the process started.  Eventually we will need references for all the work to be done so you can send me that if you would like also.
