Any one build 2-4 multifamily for rentals right now??

Is anyone currently building 2-4 units on empty lots or doing development on multiple units? I have 2 triplexs and the empty lot next to it is ready to build. Looking for info on growing the portfolio this way. What are banks looking for on new builds? How did you develope your banker relationship to make lending more of a partnership?
