Unlisted vacant lots in West Oakland, CA 94607
Hello everyone,
I am looking to build a single family home in West Oakland 94607. I already have the team (builder/GC, construction loan lender, lot loan lender and realtor) necessary put this project together. My question to the forum is: Given that the inventory for lots on the major websites (zillow/trulia/redfin/realtor..etc) is thin, are there suggestions on how we can seek out owners of the tens of numerous unlisted vacant lots in West Oakland? I am looking for 2000-3500sqft lots. I am open to ideas and suggestions. I am also open to lots with abandoned structures for demolition. Financing is already in place to move quickly and make an offer. I appreciate any and all help in advance.
