Tiny house Community New York State

I wanted to learn more about Tiny Home Communities and Resort types of any in New York State. I am interested in creating plans to buy a lot of land and creating a small community of 5 to 10 tiny houses. Do any BPrs have any knowledge, links, or networks I can look up.

I love the idea of the tiny house resort in the catskills region and that is the general idea I was going with the hybrid of actual residents onsite as well.

Please provide some insights if any!!
