Hey how you doing I'm not new to real estate in the least bit. Nor am I new to flipping. But what I am new to is doing things the right way. And as I've been analyzing the way I run my rehabs seeing That's how budgets are a little bit tighter due to covid-19, it's fortunate to grow as a person in the business man so when I'm coming you guys today with is asking how do I mitigate the risk of dealing with contractors where can I find a good agreement to use to keep them accountable and ideas and different ways to enforce agreement penalties etc...this is all due to the fact that the guy that I used to use to do all my Reno's died. Appreciate your time and responses in advance Thank you!!
