Vacant land has trouble percing, what can I do?

I have a piece of raw land listed in Greensboro, NC. It has been on the market for two years with a couple of inquiries, but I think the issue is that it doesn't perc very well so it's scaring off buyers. Is there a cheap away that I can make it perc better?
