I’ve had a bunch of listings I’m very much interested in been looking for open houses, how can I get in contact with the owner of the property to see what he or she wants? Any quick tips guys??
Look up the address on the Property Tax Appraiser website in the county the property is located in. You need to know this - and all that is available on this site. It's a required investor tool.
