3 or 2 bedroom in-law unit?
Looking on building an in-law unit I will be living i the back house. I can go up to 1000sqft not sure if I want to go with 2 or 3 bedroom. Any suggestion? Pro and cons of each? Thank you guys

@Steve Sun I did submit the permits and I got a 2 bedroom approved by planning but not sure if I should change it. The cost would not be more to add that 3rd room. I guess I worrie about the quality of tenant I would get. If I do the the 2 bedroom both will have walk in closet with theIr own bathroom and 3 bed room will have small rooms with standard closet. Has anyone built an in-law unit added to there home?
