Preforeclosure Purchase, Subject to, Rehab, Multi family
Hello BP world,
Im looking for help with the Purchase of a giant farmhouse, that I would love to convert to Multi family.
Issues; the home is in preforeclosure. It needs about 100k in work. However, it is zoned Multi family, with
a solid structure in a great location. I would be willing to split the resale, but I know it would do well as a multi rental.
