I’ve got a couple a new construction opportunities currently popping their head into my sphere. Does anyone know of a solid, fair priced builder in the Denver metro area who could help with 1-7 single family / duplex type buildings over the next year? Not looking for a design build firm as I’ll be doing the design. Thanks in advance for the help.
