Pointers for a Ground Up SFR W/ ADUs in Long Beach
Hey Guys-
I am currently working with an investor who is willing to allow me to be a PM on a ground-up construction project.
I have flipped one property in the past 12 months and it was a heavy rehab. I was comfortable coordinating that project, but Ground Up construction is a completely different beast.
I understand that we first have to identify the best use for the lot, vett architects, gcs, engineers, etc...
Are there any seasoned builders who would be willing to give me some pointers, or referrals to start the vetting process?
All and any help/advice is greatly appreciated. Looking forward to connecting!
