Hey BP community, I'm very interested in new construction multi-families! What I'm hoping all of you could help me out with is if any of you know of any good books, pod casts, BP episodes really anything I could learn from. From the financing of it all to managing the build. I'm really looking to immerse my self in this topic. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
