Marin Contractor & Upside Down Projects

I'm a GC who operates in Marin, East Bay & San Francisco and I've been away from BP for a while. I mainly focus on renovating income properties however recently I've been starting to work with agents to try to buy distressed properties.

Is anyone in the bay seeing the increased cost of short-term money costs causing more mid-construction foreclosures?
Do any agents or owners out there have a residential job in Marin that needs a GC?
