***NEED HELP*** CONSTRUCTION UTICA, NY
I will try to be as to the point as I can. Myself and my partner recently acquired a 4 family in Utica, NY. We had our contractor fall thru, two of them actually and now are in a bind. We are looking for some help here on if anyone in the bigger pockets family knows a reliable contractor to do our rehab. We are doing kitchens in all four apartments, painting, siding, new roof and bathroom updating. we are ready to hire someone ASAP.
The real trouble is we live 5 hours away and between work and that type of travel its hard to vet people out. We already had a scam roofer try to steal 12k from us luckily it worked out.
Really just trying to rely on the bigger pockets family now after months of struggling. Any help/advice would be appreciated!
