Personal Financial Statement Template?

HI.  Is anyone familiar with a good PFS template that they would like to share?  I'm revamping mine, and I first would like to see if there is a well designed one that automatically populates and adds up the figures from the cash, securities, real estate, cars, and other assets and liabilities columns in the summary .  A good PFS is a handy tool for those of you wondering.  It gives bank a good picture of the net worth and financial stability/risk you represent to them.  Pretty much every commercial lender I have used has required one.   It also can give one a quick picture of the progress made toward financial goals!
