Help with some multi family vocab terms

Hey! 

I'm looking to acquire a 24-60 unit apartment before the end of the year. I've realized there's some terms I need to understand when working with brokers.


I've got a pretty good handle on my criteria and what to know when speaking to brokers but I just need to know what does Equity set & Vantage mean when speaking about commercial real estate?
