Hello Florida investors!

We are looking into making Tampa FL our new home location, we are looking into a BRRRR strategy for multi-family apartments 5-12 units, we are looking for some forced appreciation and cashflow. We had our first SFH investment property in a different State.

We did a lot of internet research on the western/southern side of Tampa, but being around in person is always different then seeing it virtually. 

Are there any meet-ups in the area with fellow bigger pockets members that know the area and don't mind lending some advice on the area?
