In your opinion, who are the best multifamily syndicators? I’m creating a list for future passive investments for my clients.

To me best is in the eye of the beholder. But I do not mind sharing syndicators that my research tells me they are fair and honest. due diligence is still required on every deal.

American home preservation (AHP), they deal in distressed mortgages. I Feel they are great for beginners.

Holdfolio is a multi family syndicator.

Barrett asset management (BAM) Is another multi family syndicator.

Ashcroft a Capitol is a multi family syndicator.

Kingdom storage holdings, deal in self storage.

Praxis capital, deal in multi family.

Again I caution that things change and every deal needs to be evaluated individually and due diligence performed.
