Hi - I own a 4plex in Fort Worth,TX area (4 units, 1100sqft each, 1994 built). My current property insurance provider is Nationwide and have outrageously increased the rates 2.5 times in last two years. The new revision is $5500 annually.

Could you share names of companies providing insurance for 4plex properties and also the typical annual premiums?
