I am thinking about installing solar panels on my duplex. Good investment or no? Please explain why. Your feedback is truly appreciated.

I've had solar on my rental since 2011. No sign of any degradation of panels. We don't plan on selling this building so any value change isn't an issue for us. It's nice to have negative electric bills. We include electricity in the rent.
