is it worth to invest in college station TX ?
Hi
is it worth to invest(duplex) in college station TX ? As per my analysis college stations appreciation rate is low compared to Austin surrounding areas, plus now more of online education ? Not sure students rent properties any more ! The advantage is TAM is 4th largest univ in TX.
Thanks

I would look at the mls and dom to see if the market is still hot on a year to year comparison. That would determine what direction i go in.
