Multi family owner finance
I REALLY want a 6 unit multifamily in Houston. The asking price is $500k. Would I be crazy to propose owner finance? If so, what terms are reasonable? If not, what other ideas to fund this deal?? It will pretty much pay for itself.

Zee it’s reasonable to ask. Otherwise go for commercial lending. If your underwriting is accurate you may be able to get financing.
