Hey!

When searching for properties on various sites, such as Redfin, I see that there is a section at the bottom with the details of the property that states "rental license available". Can anyone shed some light on whether or not a rental license is required in the state of Minnesota? I am unclear on what it means and I am finding different information about licenses in my state. Any information helps!
