Please recommend books or resources to help us with our first large multi-unit property. We want to make the leap but want to do our due diligence. We analyzed the best we could figure and plan to look into more. any insight in this area would be great.

I can't speak highly enough about The Best Ever Apartment Syndication Book.  Even if you are NOT looking to raise money. The details and course of action they lay out is simply brilliant.

Good luck!!
