Earthquake Insurance: St. Louis City

Hi BP Community! My wife and I are very excited about purchasing our first duplex in STL city and are going back and forth on whether or not we should purchase earthquake insurance. The building is 115 years old, 3 stories, within city limits, and has stone foundation with solid brick walls (so, not forgiving to tremors). Do you tend to purchase earthquake insurance for your rental properties?
