I would like to buy a multi family in Ottawa, I am looking for 12 units plus, anybody can help me to find brokers who have off market listings for this type of buildings ? As I looked into the MLS many many times and I didn't find anything interesting at all.

@Safwan Tas Welcome to BP! To start finding brokers I would start with loopnet (not specifically for the properties) because many brokers post here. Reach out to them, build rapport with them over lunch/coffee and explain to them what you are looking for. BP is also a good source to find brokers in your area to network. Your local REIA is another great location and ask investor who they recommend.
