Is anyone familiar with Cleveland Ohio area? I am an Out-of-state investor and now looking in Cleveland Heights and South Euclid. Is there anyone from that area? I am looking to buy properties around that area with a good cash flow. Any advice is helpful.

There are literally hundreds of threads already here on BP about Cleveland as well as people that are familiar with Cleveland so that may be why nobody answered your "new thread".  Just letting you know :-)
