We are looking to connect with a commercial mortgage broker licensed in NY state. We are considering an offer on a 12-unit multifamily apartment building in upstate New York. We'd like to understand loan options available on the market and to work with a mortgage broker, given this is our first commercial real estate purchase. Love to connect. Thank you! - Joseph
