Multifamily Development Proforma Review
Is there anyone out there who could review a proforma I have put together and help me determine if my numbers are in line with reality. I am wanting to present to investors next week and would like to get some advisement on it first.
It is new development. 350 units on 30 Acres, 2-3 story garden style apartments. 18 - 22 buildings.
