Im looking at a couple of multi-family properties in Tulsa. Can someone help me with the cap rate range for a B and C property? I am assuming 8-12 but would like some input from pros.

Adam I’ve been looking at the same market and my operating assumption is ten percent target cap rate. The quality of the deal will cause me to let it vary up or down a bit. Hope that helps some.
