Detroit Metro Market - Where to start?!
Hey everybody, I am new to this forum as well as I am new to investing in the Detroit metro market. I currently live in the NYC metro area but I am looking to invest in Detroit. I plan on making a few trips West to begin to gather a team out there and was curious if people had any advice for me in regards to the market, possible strategies, and people they may refer to me to get on my team. I appreciate any and all the help I can get!
