Lumping properties together under a commercial loan?

Looking for advice on if it’s a good idea to lump 3 properties together under a commercial loan. Two duplexes and a 4 unit. Or leave them under their each individual mortgage?

Thanks

Aaron

@Aaron Harren I always keep all my properties in separate LLC's and finance stand alone. That way one does not affect the whole especially when you need to sell one.
