Looking the Pittsburgh metro area. Any sense on cap rates range for this area? Anything specific on Coraopolis?

@Michael Cole I'm a fan of Coraopolis. It's an old mill town that has been on an upward trend the past 5 years or so. New businesses filling the store fronts and the downtown is starting to clean up. Great proximity to highways, downtown, the airport, and Robert Morris University.
