Hello BiggerPockets Family,

I'm actively looking for off market deals and I'm willing to do the legwork.

*How and where to find off market deals. Is there any good websites or strategies you can recommend?

*What types of off market deals are considered the best: Pre-foreclosures, Short sales etc - Please help me complete the list.

*What is the best way to automate the direct marketing process, any good website/service out there you can recommend?
