Furnish rentals or no?

For people that are currently land lords: do you furnish your rentals?

If so, do you find that it attracts a certain type of tenant over another? For example, does it attract more people in their early/mid twenties? My intuition would lead me to believe it does.

Also, how do you go about making the decision to furnish or not?

@Colleen F. @Barron Brittingham @Todd Dexheimer thanks everyone for the advice!! Considering I'm leaning more towards longer term renters, I most likely won't furnish. I appreciate all your feedback to help me decide!
